Eagle Technology discusses Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), their benefits and key examples for maintenance managers in this November 2020 report. Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) KPIs are used to track performance in several areas over time and indicate when an organization is operating inside or outside of acceptable levels. An enhanced KPI reporting would include analysis of data collected by assets, work orders, labour and material history, and costs. Details on major maintenance KPIs are provided.
