This study surveys 300 U.S. multifamily building owners and managers to assess EV readiness. Findings reveal that only 8% currently have EV chargers, while 32% plan to install them in the next year. The report identifies key pain points, including accessibility and reliability, and outlines six cost-effective deployment strategies. It argues that high-quality EV charging infrastructure is a differentiator for multifamily properties as EV ownership continues to rise.
