This paper is the second in a series following Saving the Future of the IoT by IBM in April of 2015. IBM partners with Samsung Electronics to build a proof of concept for Autonomous Decentralized Peer-to-Peer Telemetry (ADEPT). The objective is to test a fully decentralized model for IoT.
