This paper was published in January 2016 by the Gridwise Alliance. It is the third annual ranking of states in the U.S. based on implementation of grid modernization measures. It focuses on the electric grid in each state and weights various factors such as state support, customer engagement, and grid operations. It also provides a year over year trending of which states are improving.
